For our Retail Division, we are looking for one or more:
Head of Service - Compliance support Your main missions
- effectively supervise, mentor and lead a team of 5 people to achieve the required objectives and level of quality of service;
- train, coach and develop team skills,
- supervise and carry out the processing of all requests for clarification concerning Retail customers,
- supervise and perform BA/FT due diligence tasks, relationship review (KYC/DMI) or any other requests for clients under management,
- ensure the application and compliance of the bank's directives and standards,
- be a force for proposal in the continuous improvement of the activities supported by the team,
- work in partnership with other officials of the Remote Advisory Centre and other stakeholders of the Bank to ensure that the objectives are met. Your profile:
- university training or training deemed equivalent,
- experience in a compliance entity in the areas of LBA/FT and economic sanctions,
- managerial experience, an asset,
- risk sensitivity and proportionality in the handling of cases and in the decision,
- sense of organization, good time and time management, analytical and synthesis,
- very good oral and written communication skills in French, good knowledge in English.
