We are looking for motivated staff to join the administrative division responsible for internal and user support activities, efficient transformation of incoming flows, determination of taxation decisions and establishment of tax communications. - Receive and analyze requests from taxpayers, natural persons and legal persons or their agents and employer requests.
- Analyze their tax situation, provide information on taxation in writing or orally (telephone, e-mail), and answer their questions on guidelines, tax coverage, tax reporting, general instructions, deadlines and summons.
- Provide payment plans based on the taxpayer's situation analysis in accordance with the circulars and by delegation of operational expertise.
- Respond to users on installation on all microcomputer operating systems and use of applications.
- Detect users in difficulty and intervene in support.
- SWC of a customer or trade employee relationship or title deemed equivalent.
- Experience confirmed 2 years.
- Excellent listening and communication capacity.
