Main responsibilities

- Technical management of spare parts and maintenance data
- Create and maintain the list of spare parts in the CMMS.
- Standardize components to reduce the diversity of references.
- Identify components becoming obsolete and develop alternatives. Procurement and supplier management
- Create and track purchase requests related to spare parts until they are received.
- Work with suppliers to improve procurement times.
- Ensure rotation of calibrated and/or maintained elements at an external supplier (delivery and receipt) Stock management Receive spare parts in CMMS
- Executes physical inventory on a regular basis Prepare work orders (parts output) Continuous improvement
- Participate in Maintenance Excellence (MEx), Kaizen and Lean initiatives.
