Actively shape the next generation of our scale and dosing systems.
As Technical Project Leader R&D, you assume overall technical responsibility for challenging development projects and accompany the entire product development process – from the definition of requirements to the conception, testing and validation to the detailed implementation and successful market launch.
You will bring interdisciplinary teams together and develop innovative solutions for the requirements of our customers and markets.

Main responsibilities
- You assume overall technical responsibility for development projects in the field of weighing and dosing systems
Company and context
- You lead and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams in a cross-location and cross-functional matrix organization
- You develop technical concepts and convert market, customer and product requirements into innovative and feasible solutions
- You work closely with relevant interfaces, including product management, internal customers, supply chain management and manufacturing & logistics
- They plan, coordinate and evaluate tests, prototypes and validation trials, report the results to management and relevant stakeholders, and lead steering committees Requirements
- Completed studies at a technical college or university in systems engineering, mechatronics or a comparable discipline
- Several years of experience in product development as well as technical management or coordination of development projects in interdisciplinary project teams and matrix organizations
- Very good technical understanding in mechanics, mechatronics and machine development as well as ideally knowledge in sensors, control and drive technology
- Good 3D CAD skills, preferably in Autodesk Inventor, good German and English skills in words and writing and a willingness to travel of 10-15%
