- You take over technical support or support of our global customer base by means of "resette support" (telephone as a remote maintenance software)
- You analyze and fix errors/problems with the relevant departments
Main responsibilities
- You take over technical support or support of our global customer base by means of "resette support" (telephone as a remote maintenance software)
- You analyze and fix errors/problems with the relevant departments
- You train local customers' employees, as well as at the Alzenau plant
- You are working on updating the machine software
- If necessary, you also carry out service work such as repairs, modifications, inspections, repairs and maintenance of individual machines and systems in Germany and abroad Requirements:
- You have completed vocational training as a mechatronics engineer (m/w/d), industrial mechanics (m/w/d), electrician (m/w/d) or comparable, likes to continue with further training as a master/technician (m/w/d) or a degree in electrical engineering
- You have professional experience in machine and plant engineering, ideally in the field of vacuum coating
- Knowledge of PLC programming (Beckhoff: TwinCAT 2 & 3) is an advantage
- You communicate very safely in English and have good German skills
- A self-employed and customer-oriented approach and a willingness to travel (in Germany and abroad) round off your profile
