Reference : CLS/RH/2026.782 / Type of contract : Contract with Indeterminate duration 100% / Hours : from Monday to Sunday according to several shift schedules at the earliest 7h00 and at the latest 7h00 + hours of night 7h00-7h00 + keeping weekends from 7h to 7h / Date of entry : as soon as we find the right person / Location : in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop « Riponne » or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop « Beaulieu-Jomini »)

Why do we need you?

To strengthen our team in the operating room, we are looking for a specialist technical assistant in the operating room in order to contribute to patient safety and to the smooth operation of the surgery.

What will you do?

• Participate in the reception, comfort, installation and safety of patients in operating rooms
• Participation in the application of hygiene and aseptic rules in pre, per and postoperative periods
• Collaborate in the conduct of surgical or medical interventions as a circulating person
• Handling surgical and radiological equipment as part of surgical procedures

Who are you going to work with?

You will join a multidisciplinary team of about 60 employees, including 13 technical assistants specialized in the operating room. In this state-of-the-art technical environment, each professional actively contributes to the smooth running of the interventions. Collaboration, rigour and teamwork are at the heart of patient care.

• Holder of a technical assistant certificate specialized in the operating room (ATSSO)
• Justify successful surgery experience
• Strictly master the rules of aseptic, hygiene and safety in the operating room
• Collaborate effectively with the entire team of the bloc (surgeons, anesthetists, instrumentalists, block aids)
• Communicate in a clear, structured and operationally appropriate manner
• Demonstrate cold blood and reliability in critical situations
• Assume your responsibilities with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
• Fast integration into a team thanks to a high adaptability
