You have an interest in team leadership, are sensitive to the challenges in the field of specialized pedagogy and want to help children and young people in difficulty in the Vaudian training system. Join us to strengthen our team at the Centre-Lavaux and Oron-Palézieux!

• Ensure the responsibility of a team, develop the skills of collaborators and promote the multidisciplinary work of the team. Participate in piloting the region and enforce decisions.
• Support the school's training mission by providing specific skills and knowledge within the school. Provide specific assistance to school children and adolescents who have emotional, relational, learning, behavioural or integration difficulties with a view to their development and social, educational and vocational integration.
• Collaborate with parents, school actors and other stakeholders involved and provide specific knowledge in relational, learning, behaviour or development enabling actions or adjustments of the school context to the benefit of the child or group of children in difficulty. • Master's degree in psychology and post-graduate in psychology required (specialization of children and adolescents, psychotherapy, clinical psychology or neuropsychology).
• Additional training certified in psychology (min.15 ECTS credits) or additional training not certified in the field concerned (of an extent equivalent to the certifying training) and validated by the service or training title in a related field (education, psychology, sociology, etc.)
• or Master in logopedia from the universities of Geneva or Neuchâtel or equivalent title.
• or Diploma in Psychomotrician or recognized CDIP.
• Supplementary training certified in the field concerned logopedia or psychomotority (min.15 ECTS credits) or additional training not certified in the field concerned (of an extent equivalent to the certification training) and validated by the service or training unit in a related field (education, psychology, sociology, etc.)
• Work experience of at least 5 years, interest in multidisciplinary work and group work. Training in desired team driving.
