Du übernimmst die personelle und fachliche Führung von knapp 20 Mitarbeitenden in der Abfüllung für Jogurt und Caffè Latte
Gemeinsam mit den anderen Teamleitern verantwortest du die Koordination von 6 Abfüllanlagen in der Produktion.
Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung deiner Mitarbeitenden mittels Entwicklungs- und Zielgesprächen.

- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Milchtechnologe/Milchtechnologin (idealerweise auch noch über die abgeschlossene Fachschule 1 oder 2) oder in einem lebensmittelnahen Umfeld (Koch/Köchin, Bäcker:in, etc.).
- Du bringst mehrjährige Führungserfahrung von mittelgrossen Teams in einem produzierenden Umfeld (idealerweise Lebensmittelindustrie) mit.
Key requirements
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Milchtechnologe/Milchtechnologin (idealerweise auch noch über die abgeschlossene Fachschule 1 oder 2) oder in einem lebensmittelnahen Umfeld (Koch/Köchin, Bäcker:in, etc.).
- Du bringst mehrjährige Führungserfahrung von mittelgrossen Teams in einem produzierenden Umfeld (idealerweise Lebensmittelindustrie) mit.
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit SAP, den gängigen M365-Tools sowie MES.
- Deine offene, gewinnende und kommunikationsfreudige Persönlichkeit erleichtert dir den Einstieg bei uns.
- Du bist bereit, Pikettdienst zu übernehmen (alle 6 Wochen von Freitag – Freitag).
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
