We are looking for dedicated team leaders for our Packing, Picking, Skypod, Receiving and Pick & Pack divisions.
In this role you are in the middle of it instead of just there.
You lead your team with heart and mind, take part in everyday life and actively shape how we make our logistics a little better every day.

- Professional and personnel management of a team of around 10-20 employees including responsibility for their safety and health protection

Main responsibilities
- Responsibility for the smooth running of day-to-day business and take action yourself
- Professional and personnel management of a team of around 10-20 employees including responsibility for their safety and health protection
- Continuous development of the team as well as independent implementation of employee, health and annual meetings
- Active participation in projects and contributing team and logistics know-how to the continuous improvement of work processes Requirements
- first to several years: leadership experience
- Completed initial or further education: further education in logistics or leadership
- Solid expertise in logistics through practical experience, specific training (e.g. logistics specialist) or further training in leadership
- First to several years of management experience in logistics or production
- Very good IT skills in MS Office as well as experience with warehouse management systems
- You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing
