Join Zurich Switzerland and put your expertise at the service of the Brokers sector, within the team of Broker Account Managers Romandie.

As Team Leader Private Affairs - Brokers Romandie, you will have the opportunity to drive a dynamic team and play a key role in developing relationships with brokers in the West. You will be at the heart of Zurich's strategy, working with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal management of brokers and the achievement of business objectives.

Your missions

• Leadership of a team, definition of individual and collective objectives, and support for the professional development of collaborators, in a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Development and management of relationships with key West region brokers, implementation of growth strategies and monitoring of key performance indicators
• Coordination of flows between Broker Account Management Persona Line (BAMPL) and Entry Point teams to ensure efficient and quality service
• Contribution to business planning, monitoring of portfolio profitability and promotion of Zurich solutions to brokers
• Active participation in digitalisation and continuous improvement initiatives in compliance with Zurich standards for compliance and data protection

Your profile

• Higher education in economics, management, insurance or equivalent, ideally complemented by certification in the field of insurance
• Confirmed experience in broker management and team management, with proven skills in coaching and performance management
• Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting processes and CRM/digital tools
• Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and initiative
• Mastering French and a good knowledge of German and/or English as an important asset

Good to know

Part-time or full-time: 80 - 100%

Place of work : Crissier, Vaud

Entry into service: from 01.01.2027 or to be agreed

Professional travel: up to 10% per year

Hybrid work: up to 40%
