Connaissances du domaine ferroviaire et de la gestion de projets ferroviaires ou envie de les acquérir rapidement.
Diplôme d'une haute école spécialisée HES ou formation équivalente en gestion de projet, management, ingénierie ou domaine apparenté.
Un niveau d'allemand B2 au minimum vous permet d'échanger et de défendre vos positions dans des groupes de travail nationaux.

What you can move.

As a team leader, you lead and develop a team of about 15 project managers and ensure the efficient organization of project office services.
You guarantee the quality, reliability of administrative services, support in different computer systems, archiving provided to project managers and infrastructure projects.
Your organization of resources and priorities ensures the expected benefits and contributes to the continuous improvement of processes to improve the efficiency of project organization.
You support the deployment of the new version of SAP S4 and support the evolution of your team's digital skills.
You identify, evaluate and introduce new tools, particularly in the field of artificial intelligence.
You drive change until it is sustainable in everyday practice.
The team's representation in national working groups, particularly with your counterparts from other language regions in German or Italian, allows you to actively contribute to the development of services, methods and occupations and your contributions refer to them.
