Their tasks • Personnel and organizational management of employees on an interdisciplinary private station with 19 beds • They lead a team technically and personnel consisting of approx. 25 employees • Promotion and holistic care of patients from different disciplines • You optimize the processes of pre- and postoperative care and promote interprofessional cooperation • Implementation of concepts, specifications and standards as well as responsibility for the organization and compliance with station processes • Personnel and team development as well as individual support for employees • Co-decision in recruitment • Active participation in day-to-day business as Dipl. Nursing professional Your profile • Training as a Dipl.
