The Riviera-Chablais Hospital, Vaud-Valais (HRC), is a reference intercantonal hospital, which brings together more than 2,500 collaborators. Rennaz Hospital has over 350 acute care beds. It is complemented by two Geriatric and Rehabilitation Clinics and two medical clinics. As part of the development of its activities and the creation of a new position, the Human Resources Directorate of the Hospital Riviera-Chablais is seeking, for its HR Management & Development unit based in Rennaz, one of the following:

HR specialist (80%) – CDI

The main tasks of this post are

For the services for which you will be responsible, you ensure the missions of:

• To advise and support managers and employees on HR issues, including in the application of legal, treaty and regulatory provisions, as well as their respective rights and obligations.
• Support long-term absences by monitoring cases, coordinating interdisciplinary networks and implementing measures to maintain or return to work.
• Coordinate reintegration and gradual recovery, in collaboration with management, Occupational Health, Disability Insurance and other relevant partners.
• Support managers in the management of complex HR and managerial situations, including recruitment, conflict management, framing, employee development and management of sensitive individual situations.
• Support the development and updating of specifications, analyse functions and propose their classification in accordance with the remuneration system of the institution.
• Analyze and present HR indicators and dashboards to service managers, identify issues and propose appropriate improvement measures.
• To develop the HR and managerial skills of management , by disseminating good practices, providing methodological advice and conducting awareness-raising or training activities.

We ask • You have a Master's degree in Labor Psychology and Organisations, or an equivalent university degree. • You have at least 5 years of proven professional experience in HR consulting, HR specialist or HR manager, ideally with a strong executive support dimension. • You have strong skills to support complex HR situations, including conflict management, absentee management and executive advice. • You have good knowledge of Swiss labour law, social insurance and treaty provisions. • You are comfortable with the compensation mechanisms, the assessment and classification of functions and the analysis of HR indicators. • Additional training in HR management, mediation, case management or coaching, as well as the federal HR specialist certificate, are assets. • Knowledge of the health sector and the hospital environment is desired.

With a strong advisory posture, you can accompany managers in sensitive situations with diplomacy, pragmatism and sanctity.
