Digital Marketing Specialist Your missions
- define and manage the commercial growth strategy across the funnel (acquisition, activation, retention) to translate business objectives into action plans,
- identify and deploy new sales levers (up-sell, cross-sell) and optimize onboarding and subscription routes in order to develop the customer relationship,
- planning, targeting and monitoring the performance of campaigns on internal channels (BCV Mobile, BCV-net), in line with the overall strategy,
- measure the multichannel impact (KPIs, tracking) and optimize the ecosystem of marketing tools to guide decisions,
- coordinate stakeholders (IT, Legal, Security) and providers to ensure the feasibility and compliance of projects in the banking environment,
- ensure developments in the areas concerned and implement appropriate adaptations,
- develop employees' digital skills and design devices to encourage customers to adopt digital channels. Your profile:
- 5 to 7 years in the digital ecosystem (digital marketing, e-commerce, web performance, SaaS, marketplace),
- CAS in digital marketing or equivalent training,
- confirmed experience on AEM (content management, landing pages, forms), Adobe Target (testing, customization) and Adobe Analytics (performance tracking and tracking),
- excellent understanding of the whole tunnel (acquisition, conversion, retention, recovery) and implementation of digital campaigns (newsletters, forms, SEO/GEO),
- ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams (communication, marketing, IT, providers) and to communicate with non-technical interlocutors;
- great autonomy, proactivity, rigour of execution and strong sense of responsibility,
- analytical mindset and ability to prioritize,
- digital curiosity and a strong sense of internal service,
- very good knowledge of English, the element is an asset.
