• Completed or advanced specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy (or equivalent) with several years of professional experience

• Strong relationship strengths in team and patient work

• Process-oriented, entrepreneurial and result-oriented thinking and acting

• Willingness to actively engage with the Christian faith in the working context
