Your mission Attached to the Western Region Security Manager, you are actively contributing to the prevention of risks and the protection of people and infrastructure at the various sites and productions of the Western Region SRG SSR.
As the Western Region is also a national Champion Safety, you are contributing to the development and sharing of good practices in the fields of fire protection and occupational safety.

- Federal certificate of security officer required, being obtained or equivalent training.

- Monitor fire safety installations and equipment and identify any non-compliances.
- Develop and maintain instructions, procedures and contingency plans.
- Organize evacuation and first response exercises and monitor fire, rescue and evacuation devices.
- Participate in risk analyses and in the implementation of security arrangements for productions and events, with or without public.
- Participate in your development, transformation or construction projects.
- Participate in incident management, RETEX and corrective action follow-up.
- To advise and support trades and partners in the search for solutions adapted to the realities of the field.
- Contribute to Western Region MSST/STPS and Safety activities and, depending on your profile, to certain security activities.
Key requirements
- Federal certificate of security officer required, being obtained or equivalent training.
- Fire protection training, good knowledge of AEAI requirements and experience in risk prevention or management.
- Brevet fédéral de Chargé·e de sécurité requis, en cours d'obtention ou formation équivalente.
- Formation en protection incendie, bonnes connaissances des prescriptions AEAI et expérience dans la prévention ou la gestion des risques.
- Une expérience complémentaire dans un ou plusieurs des domaines suivants est particulièrement appréciée : MSST/STPS, services du feu, sûreté, environnement technique, sécurité événementielle ou organisation et gestion d'événements.
- Personne de terrain, pragmatique, polyvalente et orientée solutions, capable de concilier sécurité, conformité et besoins opérationnels.
- Bonne capacité d'analyse et de synthèse, avec une aptitude à prendre de la hauteur, structurer les enjeux et élaborer des concepts, standards et recommandations dans les domaines Safety relevant de son expertise.
