In your role as responsible for nursing, you will actively work in the team at the location and contribute to ensuring and further developing the quality of care.
You integrate cross-site concepts and assessments into everyday care and support the team in their implementation.
This includes the development, implementation and evaluation of nursing guidelines and standards as well as support in complex nursing situations.
You will be supported in your tasks by experienced specialists and will report directly to our nursing expert Bern West.
In order to implement your role effectively, you are prepared to work in direct care for at least 50 percent of your level of employment.

Requirements
- Tertiary level training (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- CAS Intercare or CAS in geriatric care, or Willingness to complete this
- Experience and knowledge in the field of dementia is an advantage
- Further training in the field of palliative care or as a wound expert is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German
- Open and constructive personality
- Service and customer orientation
- Conscientious way of working and networked thinking
- Ability to work in a team
