Main responsibilities
- You check recipes for legal compliance in the national and international context
- You create and review declarations and product and customer specifications
- You control package texts according to food law requirements
- You create and manage customer documentation and ensure its timeliness
- You handle customer and consumer inquiries competently and solution-oriented Requirements
- 2 years: Practice in a similar function at an export-oriented food manufacturer
- Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): as a food engineer (ETH/FH) or comparable qualification in food law
- Knowledge of Swiss & EU food law, ideally international markets and SAP
- Analytical, structured working method combined with high solution orientation
- Strong service orientation, initiative and enjoyment of a dynamic environment in German (negotiation certain) English (negotiable) Cosa of Friamo
