- Responsibility for the collection of dunning and rental interest on real estate portfolios in Western Switzerland in an overarching technical function
- Independent implementation of all debt collection measures (in particular recovery, dismissals and expulsions/issuances) in compliance with the rental law and the Debt Recovery and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG)
Main responsibilities
- Responsibility for the collection of dunning and rental interest on real estate portfolios in Western Switzerland in an overarching technical function
- Independent implementation of all debt collection measures (in particular recovery, dismissals and expulsions/issuances) in compliance with the rental law and the Debt Recovery and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG)
- Processing and management of loss notes and monitoring of outstanding claims
- Independent correspondence with tenants, authorities, offices and other external bodies
- Technical support for real estate management in all aspects of dunning as well as in the event of dismissals and expulsions outside the actual debt collection process
- Cooperation in the preparation, control and release of the monthly reminder run
- Audit, management and monitoring of amortisation and payment arrangements
- Assumption of deputies within the dunning and debt collection team
- Cooperation in the continuous optimisation of debt collection and dunning processes Requirements Basic commercial training completed
- Several years of professional experience in debt collection, debt management or accounting, ideally in the real estate industry
