Role overview

Tasks

• Co-responsibility for the technical management of the department

• Work in direct clinical care and control of the nursing diagnostic process

• Continuous staff empowerment through personal coaching, training and case discussions

• Ensuring and further developing quality of care and patient safety in the department

• Development, adaptation and evaluation of technical guidelines and instructions in cooperation with other specialist experts, nursing experts and other professional groups

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as nurse FH or

• Completed vocational training as a nurse HF with Bachelor of Science in Nursing or willingness to complete it

• At least 2 years of professional experience in acute care, surgery beneficial

• Professional appearance and pleasure in the further development of the specialist areas in an interprofessional team
