- Collect and analyse the needs of internal clients in order to propose technical solutions adapted, realistic and aligned with the objectives of the project.

- Architect, SWC of Building Designer or Diploma of Interior Architect
Main responsibilities
- Collect and analyse the needs of internal clients in order to propose technical solutions adapted, realistic and aligned with the objectives of the project.
- Providing advice throughout the various phases of implementation
- Design and prepare implementation files: development of plans, specifications, technical documents, specifications and details necessary for the successful completion of the work
- Develop budget estimates and monitor the financial performance of projects, including cost control, monitoring of commitments, gap analysis and corrective action where necessary
- Plan, organize and coordinate work with internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors, while ensuring timeliness, budgets, quality requirements and safety standards
- Ensure overall monitoring of projects, from the expression of need to the receipt of work, maintaining clear and regular communication with all stakeholders. Profile
- More than 5 years' experience in managing development and/or building projects
- Mastery of Archicad software (licence 28), MS Project and PC environment (Windows suite)
- Proactivity, autonomy and great attention to detail A sense of communication and good relational qualities. Conclusion
