- To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Spa Service Agent (f/m/i) 100% from September 2026 Her responsibilities include the following activities: reception, support, scheduling and billing of spa services with day and hotel guests
- Inform guests about the full spectrum of wellness services and spa facilities as well as guided tours of the Alpine Spa

Main responsibilities
- To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Spa Service Agent (f/m/i) 100% from September 2026 Her responsibilities include the following activities: reception, support, scheduling and billing of spa services with day and hotel guests
- Inform guests about the full spectrum of wellness services and spa facilities as well as guided tours of the Alpine Spa
- Proactive sale of the entire product range, customer loyalty, cross-selling for spa treatments
- Support in attracting and taking care of our spa members
- Daily cleanup at the spa and control of the workplace General Assistance at the Spa
- We are addressing a well-positioned and service-oriented personality with experience in a comparable position in the international luxury segment.
- You come from the hotel industry or the wellness area and the well-being of the guest is always your top priority.
- Through your training, you are familiar with the processes of a front office and preferably familiar with the implementation of LQA standards.
- We imagine an independent and motivated personality who is reliable and enjoys working in a team.
- They speak fluent German and English and can communicate in other foreign languages, are preferably familiar with the TAC reservation system and have good MS-Office knowledge.
