- Manage and lead the Stewardship workshop, ensuring the progressive acquisition of competencies according to the AFP/CFC training plans.

Main responsibilities
- Your main responsibilities
- Manage and lead the Stewardship workshop, ensuring the progressive acquisition of competencies according to the AFP/CFC training plans.
- Train, support and evaluate trainees and apprentices in their career paths.
- Coordinate and monitor apprenticeships carried out in the various sectors of the institution, in close cooperation with other trainers.
- Plan, organize and participate in the daily maintenance activities of the departmental premises.
