- Holder of a HES-SO Bachelor's degree in social work, a ES teacher's degree or a university degree in social sciences.
- Additional training in health, addiction, migration or criminology is a certain asset.
- Experience in a socio-educational environment, with significant support from adults facing complex living situations.
- Great openness, excellent communication skills and emotional mastery to manage tense situations and oppositional attitudes, while maintaining the listening and distance required for the mission.
- Strong experience in conflict management.
- Good command of French and common computer tools.
- Knowledge of foreign languages is an asset.
- Our terms and conditions of employment require you to be a Swiss citizen or holder of a licence C, free of a deed of default of property (an extract from the Office of Prosecutions must be presented during the process), and your criminal record must be blank.
