Located in Cully, in the heart of Bourg-en-Lavaux vineyards, our establishment offers a unique environment where competence, humanity and innovation meet.

In order to strengthen our teams, we are looking for a socio-educational assistant, available as soon as possible.

Your environment and your mission You join a committed team working at both the Temporary Reception Centre (CAT) and the Pavilion EMS.

In collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams, we provide personalized and attentive support to beneficiaries and residents in order to ensure a life project adapted to each individual.

The CAT welcomes 14 beneficiaries in a secure, warm and caring environment, with support adapted to the needs of each.

The Pavilion, composed of 17 rooms, accompanies 32 residents in accordance with their own rhythm and needs, offering daily care as well as varied activities for their well-being and development.

As a socio-educational assistant, you will participate actively in the development and implementation of the life projects of the accompanied persons.

In collaboration with caregivers and family members, you will contribute to their independence, quality of life and well-being on a daily basis.

As an ESA, your main missions will include: Encourage and develop activities tailored to the needs of participants.
