- Plan, prepare and animate a variety of group or individual activities that meet the expectations and needs of accompanied persons.
- Contribute to the development of the Adapted Montessori Method ©.
- Self-manage all administrative, organisational and traceability tasks related to the proper functioning of the sector.
- Participate in the outreach of the institution and in the development of its links with the region and its local population.
