Your future begins here - Advise employees on personal, social and health issues with a solutions and resources oriented approach - Provide case management in complex situations such as prolonged absences and reintegration and coordinate internal and external stakeholders - Support managers in difficult management situations and provide concrete and expert support - Identify trends and needs and actively contribute to the development of People Care - Work in a transversal way within the team and use a generalistic profile with in-depth expertise
Your skills - Bachelor or Master (Uni/HES/HF) in social work, applied psychology or equivalent training - Experience in corporate social counselling, case management or related fields - Systemic thinking and strong advisory skills - Ability to structure complex situations and effectively coordinate different actors - Empathy, discretion and clear communication - Autonomy, initiative and taste for interdisciplinary work - Collaboration, reliability and responsibility - Excellent knowledge of French and good knowledge of English and good understanding of German
