- Encourage children to participate in the various offers and activities
- Supporting children in conflicts and helping them to find solutions together
- Perceiving and responding appropriately to children’s needs and behaviour
- Share relevant observations and feedback with the care team
- Active and reliable cooperation with the existing support team
- They support the care team during three days over the noon (Mo, Di and Do from 11:00 to 14:00) in the child care.
