- Sie führen selbstständig und termingerecht Prüfungen von Materialien aus externer und interner Fertigung einschließlich aller Vorarbeiten und Nachbereitungen durch
- Dabei verwenden Sie verschiedene Analysemethoden und arbeiten mit verschiedenen Hilfsmitteln und Prüfmaschinen
- Auf die Einhaltung und Arbeit nach vorliegenden Vorschriften und Arbeitsanweisungen sowie auf GMP-konforme Dokumentation von Ergebnissen legen Sie dabei besonderen Wert
- Sie dokumentieren und archivieren Ergebnisse in z.
- Bsp.
- SAP, ERP- und anderen sowohl elektronisch als auch papierbasierten Systemen
- Im Rahmen der Vorbereitungen zur Chargenfreigabe prüfen Sie die erhaltenen Ergebnisse auf Plausibilität und Vollständigkeit
- Sie erkennen Qualitätsprobleme und Bewerten und Eskalieren diese sowie informieren verantwortliche Personen
- Sie pflegen und überwachen Kontrollkarten und informieren zeitnah über auffällige Trends
- Sie unterstützen die Erstellung und Änderung von Vorgabedokumenten und Durchführungsvorschriften
