- You carry out commissioning and service work such as repairs, modifications, inspections, repairs and maintenance of individual machines and systems in Germany and abroad
- You take over technical support or support of our global customer base by telephone or on site and maintain customer contacts

Main responsibilities
- You carry out commissioning and service work such as repairs, modifications, inspections, repairs and maintenance of individual machines and systems in Germany and abroad
- You take over technical support or support of our global customer base by telephone or on site and maintain customer contacts
- You analyze and fix errors/problems with the relevant departments
- You train customers' employees during the service period in the field of machine operation
- You are working on updating the machine software Requirements:
- You have completed vocational training as a mechatronics engineer (m/w/d), industrial mechanics (m/w/d), electrician (m/w/d) or comparable, likes to continue with further training as a master/technician (m/w/d) or a degree in electrical engineering
- You have professional experience in machine and plant engineering, ideally in the field of dispersion and wet grinding technology
- You have knowledge of PLC control (Siemens) You communicate very well in English
- A self-employed and customer-oriented approach and a worldwide willingness to travel round off your profile
