- Experience in watches, fashion, accessories, or a design agency is an advantage Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Proficiency in SketchUp or AutoCAD Strong visual awareness with a flair for contemporary and impactful design solutions Up-to-date with current design trends and technologies, with a solid understanding of typography, colour, and composition Ability to lead projects from concept through implementation and final delivery Proven ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing internal and external stakeholders Ability to translate brand strategy into impactful retail concepts with a strong commercial mindset Experience with international store openings and visual merchandising implementation Experience managing suppliers, agencies, and project budgets Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Willing to travel internationally Languages In addition, you are fluent in English, German and/or French is a great asset.
