- Make sound decisions for process improvement based on data analysis
Main responsibilities
- Use dashboards and KPIs to identify trends in shipping errors, transport damage, false deliveries and packaging issues
- Make sound decisions for process improvement based on data analysis
- Perform root cause analyses in the event of quality problems in the goods outlet, for example in the event of packaging errors, damage during shipment or pick errors
- Derive correction and preventive measures and accompany their implementation in order to reduce returns and costs of poor quality
- Planning and managing projects to optimize picking, packing and shipping processes
Application process

- 3 years of experience in: Quality management, operational excellence or in quality-related roles in logistics
- Student (Uni/FH/HF): Engineering or Supply Chain Management
- Completed studies in engineering, logistics, supply chain management or comparable as well as several years of experience in quality management in the outbound area of e-commerce, retail distribution or fulfillment centers
- In-depth knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or structured problem-solving methods as well as secure handling of SQL, Excel, Power BI, WMS and automation for the analysis and optimization of shipping and quality processes
- Very good knowledge of German in order to convey quality and process topics in an understandable way and to communicate securely with different stakeholders in everyday operations
