Application process
- Application of Pega Blueprint for the structured inclusion and translation of business requirements into scalable architecture and implementation concepts
- Independent end-to-end implementation of proof of concepts (PoCs) including solution design, validation and presentation at the customer
- Professional leadership and control of interdisciplinary project teams for the successful implementation of high-quality Pega solutions
- Consulting of customers on Pega functionalities, architectural principles, best practices and transformation and optimization approaches
- Conducting and moderating workshops such as blueprint sessions , journey mapping , DCO workshops and solution design workshops
- Designing and designing robust IT solutions and business processes using BPMN modeling, process design and technical solution architecture
- Use of Pega App Studio to demonstrate workflows, standard functionalities and target architectures live
- Driving workflow transformation through the strategic use of pre-configured Pega components
