You bring in your technical handwriting, establish clean root-cause analyses and develop our 12-member team of technicians to the next level.

- Your responsibilities
- As an escalation stage, perform complex fault diagnosis at the component level on our refrigerators and coffee machines.

- As an escalation stage, perform complex fault diagnosis at the component level on our refrigerators and coffee machines.
- Through in-depth triage and deep understanding of refrigeration circuits, decide precisely between device malfunction, configuration error or telemetry problem.
- Take over the technical documentation (risk assessment, schematics, NEV/EMV compliance) for our own CAREL integration and the POS system.
- Continuously test new and repaired units for electrical safety and ensure the highest level of compliance throughout the fleet.
- Create structured SOPs and establish a sustainable root cause and postmortem process for targeted reduction of recall costs.
- Coach our 12-member technician team and close skills gaps through targeted mentoring and a dynamic skills matrix.
- Organize manufacturer training courses (e.g.
- Eversys) and ensure visible, continuous training progress. What you bring
- Recognised electronics or automatic training (e.g. electronics technician: in EFZ or automatic technician: in EFZ) combined with in-depth knowledge in refrigeration diagnostics (pressures, compressor behaviour, typical fault patterns).
