- Support for corporate clients in financing such as bilateral loans, club deals and syndicated loans, including related collateral, and guarantee transactions
Main responsibilities
- Legal support for demanding financial transactions in corporate banking.
- Support for corporate clients in financing such as bilateral loans, club deals and syndicated loans, including related collateral, and guarantee transactions
- Independent legal support of the corporate customer business in Romandie with location in Lausanne
- Structuring, elaboration and negotiation of complex contracts, partly in cooperation with external law firms
- Participation in the expansion of new business areas and financial services Requirements
- Proven experience in financing and in Swiss contract and company law
- Experience in the preparation, examination and negotiation of financing, collateral and other contract documentation
- Swiss attorney’s patent and several years of professional experience (at least 4 years) after obtaining the attorney’s patent
- French mother tongue or a very high level of knowledge of French (French is the primary working language of this function) as well as stylish and good knowledge of English
