- Plan and supervise geotechnical investigation campaigns, interpreting tests, monitoring and technical data for decision-making.
- Degree in Civil Engineering and specialization in geotechnics.
- Minimum experience of 15 years in geotechnical design, preferably in engineering, consulting, linked to large-scale projects.
Main responsibilities
- Design, plan and supervise geotechnical engineering solutions in soil and rock for complex projects.
- Plan and supervise geotechnical investigation campaigns, interpreting tests, monitoring and technical data for decision-making.
- Evaluate geotechnical risks and review studies and designs.
- Prepare technical reports, define deliverables and ensure compliance with schedules and quality standards.
- Carry out technical site visits, collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal teams, and propose innovative and efficient solutions for each challenge.
- Organisational and technical leadership, coaching and supervision of project teams in the delivery of special packages for complex projects.
Key requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering and specialization in geotechnics.
- Minimum experience of 15 years in geotechnical design, preferably in engineering, consulting, linked to large-scale projects.
- Experience in the preparation of technical-economic proposals.
- Experience in technical leadership of engineering teams advantageous.
- Solid knowledge in design and geotechnical and structural analysis applied to tunnels, slopes, foundations, containment structures, dams and underground works.
- Analytical, organized and results-oriented profile, with good communication skills and ability to manage relationships with customers and suppliers, as well as to work in a team and solve problems.
- Management of technical software such as Rocscience and PLAXIS/FLAC.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian.
