80% Prison Implementation and Reintegration (JuWe) is responsible as part of the Directorate of Justice and Interior of the Canton of Zurich for the execution of penalties and measures as well as the implementation of the various types of detention.
For our 1,400 employees, the successful social reintegration of people who have committed crimes and the prevention of recidivism are of particular importance.

- 80% Prison Implementation and Reintegration (JuWe) is responsible as part of the Directorate of Justice and Interior of the Canton of Zurich for the execution of penalties and measures as well as the implementation of the various types of detention.
Application process
- Independent assessment of applications for leave and exits in the closed and open prison of the JVA Pöschwies
- Preparation of well-founded and comprehensible opinions on flight, general and relapse risks as a basis for decision-making for the management and instructing authorities
- Structured, precise and addressable preparation of complex issues
- Ensuring compliance with obligations and conditions of granted easing of enforcement
- Close cooperation with the social service, management and external authorities in the context of implementation planning
- Participation in the further development of professional standards and support for training of accompanying persons in the area of leave and exit
- Continuous professional exchange with the second professional to jointly assess complex cases and ensure uniform decision-making
- Completed vocational training or higher education, preferably in the commercial or social sector
