- Senior Data Engineer to work on an Agile team with other data and software engineers to develop and maintain robust data pipelines and data management systems.
- Partners closely with data science and business intelligence teams to understand business needs and co-create solutions in service of downstream products.
- Brings strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering highly accurate and available data to enable downstream insights and drive business value.
- Delivers enhancements to existing data pipelines and develops new pipelines based on defined requirements with minimal guidance
- Demonstrates strong understanding of data engineering tools and concepts and considered a SME for most, if not all pipelines
- Detail-oriented mindset and co-creates pipelines with secure, well-validated data across multiple system domains with other squad members in a way that aligns with long-term strategy for People Insights Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
