- Support in the planning and development of the company's safety concept and safety measures
- Support the employer in internal communication of security rules and measures
- Basic and continuing training in safety (SUVA) in Switzerland or a title recognised by the competent authorities in Switzerland
- At least three years of safety professional experience
Main responsibilities
- Support in the planning and development of the company's safety concept and safety measures
- Support the employer in internal communication of security rules and measures
- Manage the annual safety-related training plan
- Support the Security Coordinator administratively
- create statistics on accidents and corresponding absences and keep the employer up to date
- Accompanying and ensuring the development of the operational and technical competences of trainees
- Close cooperation with colleagues in Dällikon, ZH
- Support and/or representation of the Security Coordinator at the Essert site
Key requirements
- Basic and continuing training in safety (SUVA) in Switzerland or a title recognised by the competent authorities in Switzerland
- At least three years of safety professional experience
- Good control of IT tools (Office package / Forms) Training as an instructor (FEE)
- Structured and solution-oriented personality Sense for details / reliability Good ability to work together in the team Targeted and practical work Good mastery of French
- Good knowledge of Portuguese, German and/or English
