- You will acquire new business partners and continuously develop existing customer relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree or technical training in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in sales, with strong knowledge of electric motors and variable frequency drives (LV & MV).
Main responsibilities
- In this role, you will spend approximately 80% of your time at customer sites.
- You will acquire new business partners and continuously develop existing customer relationships.
- By leveraging your technical expertise and sales experience, you will understand customer needs and clearly articulate the value of our electric motors and variable frequency drives (low voltage and medium voltage).
- As a key driver of growth in our drives business, you will succeed through knowledgeable consulting and clear value‑based selling—ranging from energy efficiency to CO₂ reduction.
- Your objective is to deliver solutions that are not only technically strong but also contribute to a more sustainable and environmentally responsible industry.

- Customer Acquisition & Account Management: Spend approximately 80% of your time on site with customers, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
- Technical Consulting: Advise customers on electric motors and variable frequency drives (LV & MV) and present solutions tailored to their technical and business requirements.
- Value Communication: Clearly communicate the benefits of our products, including improved energy efficiency and reduced CO₂ emissions.
- Relationship Management: Build trust, identify key stakeholders, and strategically position our solutions.
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or technical training in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in sales, with strong knowledge of electric motors and variable frequency drives (LV & MV).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 80% field‑based).
- Strong interest in energy efficiency and sustainable solutions.
