For our Aubonne boutique, we are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a close-knit team of two Sales Associates and drive strong commercial performance. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining team development with an active presence on the shop floor and in daily boutique operations. The position is fixed-term until 31 March 2027, with the possibility of a permanent contract.
Job Description
- Welcome and engage local and international clients with warmth, confidence and positive energy.
- Understand client needs and turn each interaction into a personalised, commercial and memorable experience.
- Actively contribute to sales targets, KPIs, clienteling and repeat business.
- Develop strong product knowledge and share Fusalp's heritage, craftsmanship and technical expertise with enthusiasm.
- Be proactive on the sales floor: approach clients, create opportunities and contribute to the rhythm of the boutique.
- Take part in all daily operations, including visual merchandising, stock, deliveries, replenishment, inventories and boutique standards.
Preferred Experience What will help you succeed
You are a strong seller, but you are also a true boutique team player. You enjoy approaching clients, creating commercial opportunities and following through, while being just as ready to help with stock, deliveries, replenishment, visual standards or any other priority that keeps the boutique running well.
Must-have
- At least 2 years of successful retail or customer-facing sales experience, ideally in fashion, premium retail, luxury or another service-led environment.
- A genuine sales mindset: you enjoy approaching clients, understanding their needs and working towards commercial targets.
- Energy, initiative and the ability to create positive momentum on the sales floor.
- Reliability, team spirit and a hands-on attitude.
- French and English are required.
Nice-to-have
- Previous experience in premium or luxury retail.
- German or any additional language.
- Experience with clienteling, CRM or retail KPIs.
- An interest in fashion, ski, mountain lifestyle or technical apparel.
