We are looking for a 100% Human Resources Trainee

Why do we need you?
This internship will allow you to move to the heart of an HR team and contribute to various activities, in support of several key functions of the department.
What will you do?
- Contribute to the deployment of a digitalised tool for the drawing up of work certificates (definition of content, testing and implementation with the employees concerned).
- Calculate the wages at commitment on the basis of our salary schedules and provide the necessary information to the HR administration for the establishment of contracts.
- Conduct the exit interviews and analyse the information gathered in order to identify the main reasons for departure and ensure reporting.
- Participate in the start-up process, in particular by drawing up work certificates and monitoring the various administrative steps.
- Provide support to staff and the HR team on the various topics related to the work cycle.
- Participate in continuous improvement of HR processes and tools, as well as their digitization where necessary.
- Participate in different HR projects, depending on the needs and priorities of the team.

In this position, you will join the team of Charlotte Lang, Head of Human Resources, for whom autonomy, trust and accountability are the keys to a successful team. Together, we meet the needs of the collaborators and the challenges of La Clinique.
What do we expect from you?

- Be a Bachelor or Master, ideally with a specialization in human resources or management
- Mastering common IT tools, including Microsoft Office
- Demonstrate autonomy, organization and rigour in the management of its activities
- Have excellent editorial and analytical skills
- Appreciation of teamwork and exchanges with various interlocutors
