Main responsibilities

- Share responsibility for securing and continuously developing the quality of care as well as implementing and sustainably anchoring LeanHospital
- Advice and coaching of employees in complex patient situations or nursing issues as well as support of new employees
- Introduction, training and evaluation of care guidelines, instructions and concepts on the station
- Participation in the implementation of innovations and changes in care and in the interprofessional context
- Contribute expertise in care-specific working groups and projects and help shape the further development of care
- Member of the Station Management Committee within the framework of shared governance with joint responsibility for the strategic station development Requirements
