Mission
- Managing and organizing the Garden sector by putting customer satisfaction at the centre of priorities
- Consultant with expertise, make the store attractive and ensure a careful presentation according to our internal concepts
- Ensure commodity availability, plan and implement promotional activities in the sector
- Analyze key figures, take appropriate action and ensure optimal resource planning within the budget
- Piloting a small team by setting clear objectives, promoting motivation and developing each other's skills
Qualifications
- You show a strong interest in selling, have a good commercial flair and aspire to a responsible position
- You benefit from a horticultural/horticultural CFC, landscaper or recognized training in the sale of flowers and plants, as well as a confirmed experience in a similar function, including team management

Requirements
- Vous manifestez un intérêt prononcé pour la vente, avez un bon flair commercial et aspirez à un poste à responsabilités
