Main responsibilities
- In the section "Work placement, labour market and contract management" within the Invalidenversicherungsstelle of the KSVA:
- Projects for the social and professional reintegration of people with health impairments initiate, develop and accompany the entire process
- advise, accompany and implement suitable measures for the reintegration, job orientation or further training
- analyze situations and accompany the participation in the context of the business community, to ensure that the active participation of the partners, in particular as well as well as well as well as well as well as well as well as well as well as well as partners in the organisation of the employment
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Health Sciences, or an equivalent qualification
- Ideally a CAS in Reintegration Counselling or equivalent continuing education
- Experience in supporting and/or reintegrating people with health impairments
- Strong social and communication skills and enjoyment of contact with diverse stakeholder groups
- Ability to collaborate constructively within a team and in interdisciplinary specialist settings
- Strong networking skills, initiative, sense of responsibility, and an independent working approach
- Proficiency in French or German with a very good command of the other language
