Main responsibilities
- Independent management of a varied portfolio of commercial properties, catering businesses and a small share of apartments
- Ensuring real estate maintenance and cooperation in maintenance and renovation projects
- Preparation/control of incidental cost statements and guarantee of collection
- Implementation of rental concepts, conduct of lease contract negotiations and - implementation of object acceptance/transfers
- Cooperation in operationally relevant projects and political business Requirements
- Further education as a real estate manager with federal law. FA or on the way to it
- Experience in the management of commercial and commercial properties of advantage
- Independent, responsible and solution-oriented working methods
- Very good knowledge of German, French is an advantage
- Good IT user knowledge (SAP knowledge is beneficial) We offer: For sense and city life
