Main responsibilities
- Self-employed management of a portfolio of business and residential properties (with assistance of an assistance) Housing collection and handovers
- Oral and written contact with tenants, entrepreneurs and authorities
- Ensure maintenance and cooperation in renovation and renewal projects
- Periodic assessment of real estate status and preparation of state reports
- Creation and monitoring of budget and multi-annual planning requirements:
- Completed basic training and further training for real estate managers with eidg. Professional ID card
- Multi-year professional experience in managing business and residential properties
- Category B driver's card, own car of advantage
