Die SBB AG mit deren grundlegenden Prozess- und Planungsschritten im Bereich der SBB Infrastruktur sind dir bekannt. Des Weiteren bist du in der Lage, auf Grund deiner bisherigen Projekt- und Ausführungserfahrungen, Aufträge und Projektinhalte kritisch zu hinterfragen.
Für diese Funktion setzen wir einen Hoch- oder Fachhochschulabschluss als Bauingenieur:in, Architekt:in oder einer artverwandten Richtung voraus. Zudem verfügst du über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement und suchst nun einen Ort, an dem du deine bisherige Erfahrung und Kompetenz einbringen kannst.
Dein Französisch als auch dein Deutsch ist mindestens auf Niveau B2. Das Führen von fachlichen Diskussionen in beiden Landessprachen stellt für dich keine Hürde dar.

You support the programme management in the management of the projects and as a specialist: in the quality inspection of complex and multidisciplinary railway station conversion projects with a focus on Western Switzerland.
The focus is on the program goals, financial management, deadlines and quality as well as the commitment to cost-effective solutions.
Your area of responsibility includes the support and technical support of the overall and specialist project managers: women in all project phases from commissioning, through the study, to realization.
In addition, you are involved in the coordination between the BAV, the SBB program management and the specialist areas.
You provide training for the overall and specialist project managers in key topics of the program.
Step-by-step communication at the program and project level and promoting innovation and carrying out optimization processes is also one of your tasks.
