Role overview

To strengthen our Project Management & Engineering team - CEW Hub West Switzerland, we are looking for a person ready to pilot strategic industrial projects in French-speaking Switzerland and the Central Europe West perimeter. If you are oriented towards solutions, comfortable in the management of CAPEX projects and motivated by the stakes of decarbonation, circulation and industrial optimization, this opportunity is for you!

In particular, the item covers CAPEX strategic projects related to decarbonisation, circulation and optimization of operations.

• Management of several strategic CAPEX projects, from planning to implementation

• Monitoring of scope, costs, timelines, procurement, risks and internal and external stakeholders

• Coordination with operational teams, project sponsors, Steering Groups and Group stakeholders

• Preparation and follow-up of CAPEX approval applications, including RfA processes

• Contribution to continuous improvement, feedback and optimisation of technical and financial solutions

• Regular trips to our different sites, about 30 to 50%, with a post based in Éclepens

• Bachelor or Master in engineering, ideally civil, mechanical, electrical, process or industrial

• 3-5 years experience in industrial project management
