Tasks

• Program Management: Through the continuous management and coordination of strategic initiatives, you make a decisive contribution to the group

• Project management: You take responsibility for operational and strategic projects and successfully bring them to their goal end-to-end – with foresight and clear goal orientation

• Business Development: You have a sense of trends and analyze market movements as well as the competitive environment, but also internal developments in order to identify opportunities at an early stage and to support management through analysis and presentations

• Innovation promotion: You actively promote an innovation culture in the company and bring in new impulses

• Cross-functional collaboration: You work closely with vers. Specialist departments, manage stakeholders at all levels and lead interdisciplinary teams to success

• Project budget planning and monitoring: You plan, control and monitor the budgets of your projects and ensure that resources are used efficiently

Requirements

• Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the dynamic environment of e-commerce

• A completed degree (FH/uni) in business administration or a similar field

• Security in dealing with project management tools and the associated methodology. Advantageous knowledge of the Atlassian environment
